Cody R. Loughridge

Cody R. Loughridge represents corporate and individual clients in complex civil litigation, including construction, commercial collections, contract interpretation and various other debtor-creditor issues. Cody practices throughout the state, federal and bankruptcy courts of North Carolina.

Prior to law school, Cody graduated with honors from North Carolina State University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in political science.

Cody has served as a Council Member of the North Carolina Bar Association, Construction Section and currently serves as the Section’s Legislative Committee Chair. He is also a member of the North Carolina Bar Association’s Litigation Section and Young Lawyers Division.
